the same thing happened to me in the last week. I took a tape measure though and noticed I lost a few inches in various areas. It really is a good idea to measure rather than look at the scale it seems.

I weigh daily but only log when there's been a change of 2lbs or more from my last weight I put in here.

I had to have my gal bladder removed in 2007 and have never been the same since. I was okay for a little while but for the last few years it's been back to everything upsetting my stomach. I talked to my doctor and she just claims it's my weight that's causing my problems.

If you go to add food and put in breast feeding there's options in there for it. It will subtract calories for you. I used to do this when I was breast feeding my little one.

After baby it's fairly normal to have a larger loss for a little. I had it after my two little ones but then my weight jumped up again. I wouldn't worry too much about that much loss yet but if you keep seeing too fast of a decrease then I'd adjust your intake higher.

I gained 100lbs between my two kids, which is what put me where I am now. My youngest is almost a year and a half and I still haven't lost the weight. I seem to be one of those people that it's really difficult to get it off.

I kinda see it as how often do occasions like this come around? I think you should focus more on just enjoying yourself that day rather than worry so much about it. Just pick back up the next day. I completely feel your pain. I've always been sorta a picky eater and it makes eating healthy really difficult at times. There's only a few veggies I like, I'm really not into fruit, I have to force yogurt down. I've been trying to sub turkey in place of beef but most times don't like it.
