I run a lot outdoors when the weather is nice, but for the most part I work out at the gym.

I eat Natural Peanut Butter with my breakfast almost every morning, and I haven't found an issue with it. As long as it fits into your calorie allowance, who cares what anybody else says about it!
-
I struggled in the beginning.. but what I had to keep telling myself that it wasn't about finding time to workout, it was about making time to workout.

My ex boyfriend. All he ever wanted to do was go out to eat!

I don't think I'd be as productive if I didn't have the support and motivation of all my friends on here!

There were a few: 1. I didn't want to be the "fat friend" anymore 2. To be 10x hotter than my ex boyfriend's new girlfriend... I LOST the weight, and she seemed to be the one to FIND it. 3. To finally be comfortable in a bathing suit again!

well I use a HRM so I know exactly how many calories I've burned, and I let myself eat some of them back. But never all of them, becauset then I feel like I've cancelled out my workout.

Caffeine is one of my biggest weaknesses. That and alcohol, still being newly 21 and all.

I have a Polar FT4 and I absolutely love it. I got it from Amazon for around $70. It tracks my heart rate through my entire workout, so it gives me an accurate amount of calories burned. Now that I have it, I can't imagine working out without it!

I also consider it the easy way out. The lazy way to lose weight.

reduced fat peanut butter, protein bars, craisins, 100 calorie almond packs, and some instant oatmeals.

The way I see it, as long as you're losing weight in a healthy way, then it's really none of their business. Their negative comments are unnecessary. Don't let them stop you from doing what you want to do. This is to make yourself happy, not anybody else!

I only have one tattoo on my foot: "Country:heart:Strong" As for piercings, I have my nose and bellybutton.

As long as you're getting enough protein, you shouldn't be hungry. Dieting isn't about starving yourself.
-
That's how I feel about all the "teatoxes" everyone is posting about lately. My friend ordered one and her excuse was "it helps flush out your system and get rid of bloating" .....yeah, so does eating healthy.

Jumanji. I swear I watched that every single day as a child.

It didn't go as planned, and that's okay.
