Well I weighed in this morning and I am 197 (with clothes on :wink: ) so that means I made my 10lbs challenge for March. I am going to wait a few days and see how it goes since sometimes it fluctuates for me. Congrats to everyone for still being involved so late in the month!!!

I went out today and bought the Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred!!! I have heard and read only good things about it so I am going to try it out and see what it does for me. I weighed in this morning at 199.1 so I lost 3lbs from last Monday. I'll take that. total for March so far 8lbs! I just may do this and make my 10lbs by month's end. :smile:

My totals for this week: Worked out for a total of 12:03hrs Burned a total of 6116 Calories Yes my numbers are high but keep in mind I also worked out every day except Saturday for between 1.5 to 2.5 hrs a day. I have the FT40 and it also measures the VO2 max but I don't know much about it as well, If you registered on Polar USA's website I am guessing someone there can answer your question. I am having mines done. Actually it is a process that (depending on the individual) may take more than one treatment. I have been waxing for years and this does not hurt at all compared to that. No maam I am not allowed that pleasure of "eating what I want" my body does not turn loose of the weight easily so it's a fight for me. All that workout and I lost 1.5lbs last week (I was expecting more) but it could also be me gaining muscle mass so we'll see. I did very light today but I will make it up tomorrow.

Thanks for the welcome :smile I usually start with some elliptical then super set upper body then I get on the threadmill and walk for 15mins at 8.0 incline 3.5 speed then superset with lower body and then on the bike for 15-20mins. After that I do some squats, aerobic steps, and its back on the threadmill for another 15…

Well counting from March 3rd I am down 5lbs so I have 5 more to go to meet the 10lbs goal but I would like to actually loose more than that by month's end. We'll see how it goes.

Here are my count for this week so far Mon 8th. worked out for 2hr 13mins 1303 cal burned Tue 9th. worked out for 2hrs 21mins 1358 cal burned Wed 10th worked out for 2hrs 36mins 1419 cal burned so that puts my total for this week so far at 4080. woohoo!!! Is it too late for me to join in here? I recently got a Polar FT40 and love love love it!!! I usually work out for about 2hours a day after taking my almost 3yr old twins to school and have been burning between 1200-1300 calories per day. I would love to meet and exceed the 3500 cal/wk challenge.
