P.S I agree... don't try to maintain the no-carbs that long! I think it makes sense to follow the plan, but your supposed to add carbs back after 2 weeks.

Have you tried a work out DVD? When I started this process I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred... I LOVED it because it was like having a trainer in my living room! Also, you don't have to look presentable AT ALL! Just throw on some comfy clothes! Plus, it's really cheap.... when you get sick of it move on to the next…

I'd suggest reading the actual customer reviews from another website (i.e Amazon, etc)... NOT their own website! Of course Alli's website will post success stories:) As many others have said if you watch your fat intake, calories, and exercise you'll loose weight... it's not from the pills.

I know everyone is different, but I've been there before! Usually what works for me is switching up my work out routinue. Adding more weights or doing different cardio. That's ok... sometimes it'll actually jump start your fat burn if you have a bad day like that. Odviously, we want to keep those to the bare minimum:) But I love that it doesn't get you down / make you jump off the wagon! Today is a new day!
