  • I'm with everyone else... get rid of them! Also, I'm a big fan of celery or an apple with a little PB... it's so good, a little taste of sweet in the PB, and usually keeps me full for the afternoon. Also, I've found if I plan ahead and have my snacks prepared then I'll make much better decisions.... good luck:flowerforyou:

  • I'm 5'3 also... I'd say that's definitely too many calories. I eat some of my exercise calories, but not all... I usually try to net to 1100-1200... hope that helps!

  • Try to avoid the frozen dinners, etc... I used to bring Lean Cuisine to work for lunch... BIG mistake!! They have SO much sodium! Which equals bloating..... nooo thank you:laugh:
