I have that a lot, unless im really hungry I just leave it because I usually realize it at this time of night, I was afraid of "starvation mode" and that you would gain weight somehow from not eating enough, but that never happened to me so I think it will be fine.

Hey! I'm 5' 4" and 125 pounds. Before college I was more like 115 so i'm trying to get more into that rage maybe more like 120, hopefully by christmas!

I totally agree! some days I have only "eaten" somewhere between 500 and 1000 calories when I include exercise but i'm not hungry if I was hungry I would eat! and I have lost weight quickly. I've read from some people that at night they eat all of the exercise calories as there dinner.. I dont understand how that can work…

I know this is kind of an old post but i'm dealing with this now and UGH I've magically gained 5 pounds in 2 days. I'm trying to drink more water now I'll see if it helps!

packing snacks is a good idea I tried it in the past but just with fruit but I would end up eating the fruit plus some sugary treats, maybe something more substantial, thanks!
