i got real sick yesterday and lost my lunch. (i think it was salmonella poisoning from the tomatoes.) i didn't eat for the rest of the day, which makes my total calories for the day like 500 (if i count my lunch, which i lost, so it's more like 200). is this really bad? should i have eaten? is my body in starvation mode…

whenever i don't feel like working out i just go to the gym and walk on the treadmill and watch tv. it's better than not doing any exercise but it's not so much that it's a hassle. plus i get to watch stuff that my bf won't sit through - like tila tequila and sponge bob.:tongue:

i know how you feel! i started my diet and 2 days later my bf shows up with super sonic breakfast burritos... oh, yum... 600 calories in one meal.:noway: so delicious! and sooooo bad for me! i feel pretty lucky that i can at least drag mine out for a hike. :laugh: good luck!

yeah, weekends are way harder than the week. especially with my bf, he is a terrible overreater!

that i did the stair master for A WHOLE HOUR today i went up stairs for almost 6 miles. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF

i accidentally drank a margarita last weekend. they're pretty bad. like over 300 calories.
