Hello, I'm back
I used MFP before my wedding and lost some weight three years ago. Well, I gained it back and then had a baby and gained more. I am hoping to lose 50 pounds. I'm looking forwards to fitting into normal clothes again! Hope everyone is having a good day!

Hey, I saw a vest-type thing at Target that weighs 12 pounds and you're supposed to wear it while running. Has anyone tried this? If you train with it for a while, do you run faster? I am looking to improve my speed. Worth the investment?

too tired/ lazy to eat
i worked 11 hours today and took kickboxing class after, which earned me about 600 calories. all i have in the house is diet food and i have eaten 700 of my 1200 calories i have left for the day. i would rather just sit here and be hungry, than get up and eat something.

SICK DAY
i got real sick yesterday and lost my lunch. (i think it was salmonella poisoning from the tomatoes.) i didn't eat for the rest of the day, which makes my total calories for the day like 500 (if i count my lunch, which i lost, so it's more like 200). is this really bad? should i have eaten? is my body in starvation mode…
