My horrible, accidental weight-loss technique
When I quit smoking, I used the nicotine gum. I still chew a ton of gum, usually mint. On Monday, I got a pack of cinnamon gum and chewed 8 pieces throughout the day. This made a kind of chemical burn on my tongue, which caused me to develop about 60 angry taste buds. My tongue swelled up and I could barely even talk, let alone chew. Soup and smoothies were my only food for the last 3 days but I think I may be ready to put solid food into my mouth again. I'll keep you posted.

I had salmonella poisoning in 1998, it is still the most ill I have ever been (the hallucinations were scary).
But I was mid-diet at the time and in 5 days I lost almost a stone. Terrible couple of weeks, but great on the scales.0 -
I use nicotine spray when cutting and I don't even smoke, it's a great appetite suppressant0

The side effects of having Gallbladder disease can, unintentionally, help you lose weight quite quickly - at times...it kills your appetite, though it also makes it difficult to exercise and function.0
