you get a tiny bit comfortable with the logging food and the working out... and then KAPOW you gain a pound. yeah i know it's just one pound but i'm bummed out about it. good luck to everyone else, i hope you are doing better than i am!:smile:

i have been bad!
i fell off the wagon this weekend because i was on vacation. mmm, cheesesteak! real ice cream! i need a little motivation, please, if you are not too busy. thanks!:flowerforyou:

i have calories left over but i am full, full, full. i wish i hadn't worked out so much, so i wouldn't have to eat anymore! is that messed up or what?! :ohwell:

i didn't lose any weight this week. i worked so hard! i logged all my food! i am bummed out.

am i the only one who fell off the proverbial wagon? those barbeques are tough on the diet for sure!

that i did the stair master for A WHOLE HOUR today i went up stairs for almost 6 miles. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF
