you get a tiny bit comfortable with the logging food and the working out... and then KAPOW you gain a pound. yeah i know it's just one pound but i'm bummed out about it. good luck to everyone else, i hope you are doing better than i am!

It'll be okay, I have two pounds that keep playing with me,:laugh: gone and back , gone and back. So I done some extra walking today in hopes to put a stop to it:happy:0

honey your wt can fluctuate from day to day and usually water is a culprit, so there is no need to fret especially if it is humid where your are, it can make u kinda retain water, as can salt and a near dear friend that visisits every month, so its really ok sweetie!!!! IT will come back down0

I agree, it's most likely water...I can get on the scale on Monday, and check on Wednesday, and gain like 3 lbs.....I have come to accept that this is normal water weight gain...
Weigh yourself in a couple of days and that pound will be gone ( and maybe a little extra)0
