Made it through the weekend, 10 days without alcohol.

Pain is good.

Hello, I am very shy as well, everything will get easier in time. Keep a big water bottle with you all the time and try to drink it throughout the day.

Also use controlled weight, I always see people flopping around the weights with so much momentum it really irritates me. Lower slow, stretch at the bottom, squeeze at the top.

I see the biggest different in my arms, I like doing seated Incline dumbbell bicep curls, it really gives a good stretch in the bicep. Ido 3x8 usually. alternating dumbbell curls, hammer curls, cable curls, barbell curls. For triceps I do tricep rope pushdowns, skull crushers, close grip bench press, tricep kickbacks, and…

I used to drink almost everyday to deal with my pain. Now I'm trying so hard to quit for good. I usually catch myself drinking every 1-2 weeks and I want to be completely done with it.

It's awesome. I haven't really played any of the new ones.

Zelda is awesome, I use to play Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64.

I play CoD once in a while and GTA5. I switch from game to game usually, right now playing WoW lol

It might have warmed up since 8 this morning. It was freezing, I was cold with everything on.
