Thanks for the advise. I do use gloves, but I'm going to try some of those strengthening moves and using the bar for step ups. They seem to be the hardest on the grip.

I love 30DS and Ripped in 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack! They are an incredible workout. I have done Insanity, but I really have to psych myself up to do it, so I do a Jillian DVD instead usually. Good luck! It's only 25 minutes and your kids will probably do it along with you just like mine do.

Make your own breakfast sandwich at home with low sodium ham, and english muffin, low fat cheese. Then add an egg scrambled in a greased dish microwaved for 50 seconds. So delicious. Or make a ham and poached egg grilled cheese sandwich, double delish!

I haven't tried it but Ripped in 30 kicks the workout up a notch. It's awesome!

Absolutely go over MFPs suggestions are way to low. Try changing macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. That protein will keep you feeling full longer.

One more suggestion. Change up your macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. The protein will keep you full longer and help build sexy muscles with your Ripped in 30 DVDs. I'm a Jillian Michaels addict. Those are what got me to goal. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Hey Amber! Great success story already. I'm 5'4, 34 yrs old. I started at 171 and am now 129. I had a look at your diary. I would say definitely eat those exercise calories back. Your body needs the extra calories and watch that sodium intake. Try to keep it below 1500 mg per day. Good luck girl! If you want extra support,…
