Try the 30 Day Shred video by Jillian Michaels. It tightens you up all over. My baby pooch is mostly gone. As you lower your body fat, changes will come,but be persistant and patient. I found the fat from the pooch was the last thing to come off. Good luck!

Use a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calorie burn and track every single morsel that you eat or drink. Do this and you will lose. Also, eat your exercise calories, your body needs the fuel. Good luck!

DO NOT put self tanning lotion on stretch marks. All the other skin goes a nice shade of brown, but the stretch marks look even more white. I tried this and looked like a zebra!

Perhaps look at your calorie goals on a weekly basis rather than daily, that way if you have a wedding to go to where you will most likely go over in calories you can save 50 calories here or there the day(s) before and after to accomodate. Negative net calories is something to definitely stay away from. Eat your exercise calories, you need to fuel your body to get results. You need to net at least your base calories (hopefully you're not set at 1200 - MFP settings are too low.)

I was terrified I would be asked when I was expecting. I was 5'4" and 173 pounds with a big round baseball belly, huge arms and did not want to buy size 14 clothing. Now, 14 months later, I'm 126 and a size 2. Edit: MOTIVATION, to stay in the size 2 clothes!

So true. I made a cauliflower pizza. No matter how much yummy stuff I put on top, it still tasted like crap. Blech!
