I say lift heavy or go home. I feel like a beast when I'm done a lifting session. That's the way I want to feel, not like I juggled a couple dumbells, but that's just me!

<14 months of damn hard work, but so worth it!

Rather than stressing on a daily basis, look at your calories on a weekly basis. The day after lifting, I'm starving, so I often go over in calories, but the day of lifting I don't seem to require as much. Each day is different. Looking at it on a weekly basis really helps. As long as you average out over a 7-day period,…

My brother-in-law has run the Chicago Marathon, London Marathon, Berlin Marathan, New York Marathon, and numerous others I can't remember right now. But needless to say, not anyone can run some of those, you have to qualify. He is strong, fit and health. His BMI says he's overweight. You know you've done incredible things…

Stomach, waist, face and neck, huge changes. What really matters is how you feel, however, and I bet you're feeling awesome, and more energetic!

Do you have any assets, particularly a house? You could do a home equity line of credit. I'm in Canada and rates here are 3% locked in for two years. Nip it in the bud and get it paid off ASAP. If you continue paying the same amount in payments as you're paying now, you'll pay it off super fast! Also, remember you can…

Kind of a crazy mix for me. Two slices of swiss cheese, two boiled eggs, rice crackers and hummus. Oh, and brocolli & carrots with dip.

Thank you for sharing. That sounds so good, especially with a scoop of ice milk on top.

I have always eaten my exercise calories, at least most of them. There's no race, right? Why not enjoy the process. You're doing awesome!

I also love the sauna suits. You dress up in an aluminum foil suit to sweat more? Yeah, that's long lasting.

WHAT? No pills, potions, crazy wraps or shakes? Boo, I'm out! Dedication, some hard work and consistancy will get results every time.

Getting my taxes to the accountant.

I have Jillian Michaels Triple Chocolate Protein Powder and blend it with a cup of milk a couple ice cubes and half a frozen banana. Sometimes I also add a Tbsp of Peanut Butter. Yummy!

Horray for more food! You look fabulous!

Make sure you're eating your exercise calories and fueling that body! See how it goes. If it's not working, up your calories.

I took me 8 months to lose 42 pounds. I went from a bulging Size 12 to a Size 2. I have kept it off for 7 months. I constantly need a new goal I'm reaching for. Started New Rules of Lifting for Women at the end of January and it's a 6 month program. It keeps me focused and challenged. Eventually I'll run a half marathon,…

Stick with it, drink tons of water and do way more stretching at the end than she does. This program WILL transform your body. Good luck! Oh, and a little tip. Swearing at her really helps : )

I agree, Peanut butter, avocado, banana, Greek Yogurt, and get lots of protein. Protein bars are really good to. Great job with the Insanity it's a b*tch!

Jillian's 6 week 6 pack and Ripped in 30 are also awesome. So is the Butt Bible! And the New Rules of Lifting For Women. You buy the book and follow the workout plan, it's awesome for building beautiful, lean muscles!
