I would love to join as well if there is still room for another. I've lost 20 lbs with Turbo fire a few months ago but for some reason I stopped. I'm wanting to start again but this time I want to finish the program. I would love the accountability and motivation to keep going this time! -Katie

Turbo Fire is an awesome Intense Cardio Conditioning workout. Its a lot of kickboxing some dancing...Its so much fun! I NEVER thought I'd say that about working out, but it really is! You should def. look into it, you will not be disappointed!

Isn't it AMAZING!? I have my mom and friends doing it with me.. my favorite so far is Fire 45, i LOVE it! And i love the Hiit workouts..Sculpt 30 not so much! <--ouch! :) What are your favorites?! How long have you been doing it!?
