What is the Hip Hop Abs video's like? I've seen them advertised they look fun

I started "for real" about 3 weeks ago weighing in at 115.3kg today I weighed in at 111.6kg a loss of 3.7 kg's (8lbs) Goal is to be under 110 by New Years :happy:

I'm going to jump in and introduce myself! I'm a 30 year old SAHM of 3 little ones, 4, 2 and 4 months. I've been over weight all my life and now is time for change! So here I am. Looking forward to getting to know you over the next few months as I go down down down! I'm currently 114kg's and my goal is 65kg's...
