I downloaded the C2K5 app last night! My roommate share some running clothes with me and this weekend I'm going to get my sneakers. My plan is to start on Monday. I will probably makes my days to be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, as those are the days that work best around my schedule.

Electronic one. Definitely a electronic one. I got the cheapest one I could afford and am forward trying watch that little arrow and am guessing what the weight is when it's between 25 and 50 or 50 and 75 or 75 and 100. Really need a new one!

What annoys me about them is when I put something in the bag, but it's so light that it doesn't pick up on the fact that I put something in the bag, and it asks if I want to skip bagging. I DID put in the bag you silly machine!!!!

That made my cry. So thankful for people like that! I recently had a friend who did something very similar for someone. I hope that if I ever come across a situation like that, that I can be in a position to do the same thing.

I can drink as much as 10 cups in a day, mostly on days I get my workouts in. I have to go for a CT scan and they said they would need to do blood work first to make sure my kidney and liver functions are OK so they can insert the dye they need to before the scan. I am not a mom yet (though I hope to be someday :smile: ) but there is NOTHING wrong with a lady wanting to look good for her husband and kids! Just because someone because a mom doens't mean she should let herself go and not care what she looks like or that she is living a healthy life style.

OP - I'm about an inch taller then you and approx 2 years younger. 1200 calaries is NOT enough. I try to stay at 1400 Net calories at day, but even with that I struggle to stay there. It's especially hard for me to eat enough so I'm not feeling hungry on the days I have no time work out and have no way to burn of calories.…

My roommate today as watching me weigh my chicken tenders. She said it wasn't enough food. I told her it was enough for me that it was a full serving. (I think she missed me weighing my fries. You barely get any of those! :laugh: )
