  • I am on the struggle boat again. I know what do to eat right and exercise and run, I just lack the motivation and desire to do. Except when I go to wear something that doesn't fit me or when I see a picture of myself and don't like how I look. I need my motivation!!

  • A forest fire has broken out about 20 kilometers from me. In the last hour we have gotten an air quality warning and an emergency alert. I am far enough from it I am not in danger, but you can smell it.

  • I have been busy in all my free time getting ready for Vacation Bible School at my church for next week. I am doing the decorations. I also fully relaxed Saturday and Sunday and embraced the first long weekend here since May. I am determined to get out on my lunch break today.
