The last time I did it, I did it AFTER having doing the 30DS. Doing the 30DS, I noticed results. Not as much though with RI30. I think before I did it for all of 1 week (7 days) before moving on. However, circumstances then were different then now (I moved and my schedule is a little busier now and I"m not home as early),…

Thank you. These gifs made me smile. I needed that.

I'm starting to think my issues with the Control Center 4 and the ending of XP Support might be some freaky coincidence that they happened on the same day. (though I still want to know where the games on my computer went! I liked playing solitaire or spider solitaire on my lunch break occasionally) And then the added…

My Control Center 4 which I use to scan up documents is not coming up. I get the pop up that says it's searching for it. I used it yesterday and it was working fine. I tried re-booting my computer (which takes 15 minutes, but that's a whole different issue itself). It's also strange that when I got to add/remove program (I…

Ticker wont work for me for some reason. My goal is 50 miles (80.46 km since I am Canadian) April 6 - 2.04 km (outdoor) April 7 - 3.21 km (indoor) April 8 - 3.21 km (indoor) April 9 - 2.31 km (outdoor - walked to work!) Total: 10.77 km

I do! I find it's when I have the most time to do it. I try to get it done by 10pm as I do have neighbors below and don't want to disturb them with jumping. (I workout at home) If I can't get it in by 10pm (which is Wednesday and Friday with my schedule) it's a day off. I at least try to get a walk in though in the morning…

I wear my contacts when working out. (As I do most of the time anyway) if my contacts are bothering and I've taken them out and am wearing my glasses, I do take them off when working out. With all the water that runs down my face during an intense workout, it's best to leave them off or they tend to slide down my face!

I'm on Week 1. I just finished Day 3. Since I can only average doing it 4-5 times a week with my schedule, I plan on doing each week 10 times before moving to the next one. I've done it before and am dreading some of the moves yet to come! (Plus wondering how I will have room with the limited space I now have to work out)

I'm also doing RI30 right now. I have a hard time doing the running man in week 1. She says she has 300/400 pound people who can do it, but I'm sorry I cannot! I just run in place there. Works for me and I still feel like I'm getting a good cardio burn at that point!

oh! I need one of those!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *tries to reach through the screen and grab one*

Sobeys - simply because it the nearest grocery store to me. Although Superstore is only an additional couple minute walk further (in the opposite direction) edit - I do want to get the local fresh veggies at the farmers market as they start coming in. Prices seem to be about the same from the grocery store.

oh wow. I don't know what I would do if I developed an allergy to chicken! I constantly have it in my fridge and/or freezer! I'm sure you can find lots of ways to get your protein in. There is protein shakes. (I was looking at doing that, but then I saw the price of a thing of protein powder. Yikes! to much for me!)

mmm chocolate. I need chocolate. I get the Thinsations. There are a few varieties of chocolate. The best chocolaty ones are the fudge dipped bars. Thinsations are all 100 calories. Special K also is starting to come out with new items that are good. There chocolate crisps are good as well as the cookies and creme ones.…

I have one of my grocery stores mini-cooler lunch bags. It's a good size as it's able to hold two water bottles and, on days I need to, my lunch and my supper.
-
Same with me. :) I do my workout at nights (no time in the morning) and I need to make sure I have had supper before doing it.

I do two separate 30 minute workout videos. However, I do them back to back, so it actuality, I guess that makes it an hour workout. (There is a couple min pause between the two to pull the next video up on youtube and drink some water)

It's a gloomy day here in Nova Scotia. We are expected to get upwards of 50mm of rain today. But hey at least it's not snow! This rain though has potential of causing a flooding due to the amount and we are getting and the fact that it will help to melt the huge snow piles we still have.

With my last name, the common way to incorrectly spell it, is to leave out an l (there are 2 l's in my last name) One time when I was teaching, after sending notes home all year with the correct spelling of my last name, I get a card at the end of the year, with a ph instead of an f, one l instead of two, and she doubled…

But if I cave and buy, I buy to much and then I can't limit myself to a little amount of chocolate a day and then I'm over my calorie count for the day.
-
I'm not concerned about. I'm trying to AVOID Easter candy. (The price tag of over $1 for a cadburry creme egg really helps as well) I know I will get some from my parents as they still give me an Easter basket so that will be my limit.

I couldn't help but laugh after I read the article and then your post and gif. I was eating popcorn as I read the article.

I'm starting to think a burger. I have just under half of my calories for the day left (and I have had breakfast and lunch). I will need to double check the burgers when I get home to check the calorie count, but I just might have a yummy burger.

Something romantic and unexpected. For instance, dont make her dinner and then say you forgot something, go upstairs and come down empty handed but a bulge in your pocket and then not propose until dinner is over and you are sitting on the couch watching Star Trek:TNG and pause the movie and pop the question (after making…

I'm not a runner, but am going to start (as soon as the weather gets better and I get some things I need) I can recommend a couple few things of things - there are several topics on here for beginner runners. Find them. Read them. This is a great one:…

I'm not sure where you are, but I love Cleo Petites. If you don't have Cleo where you are, just try to find stores that have a petite section.
