  • I work in an office so I am at a desk all day. I was getting up a lot though today as I'm trying to get in 8 cups of water again and I had to keep making trips to the ladies room! Muscles are feeling better tonight after my workout.
  • I record it under "Circuit training" It's the best that I can come up with. A HRM would be better at recording it, but they arent exactly cheap!
  • It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels. There are 3 levels and you do each leave for 10 days. The levels consists of 3 min of weight training, 2 min of cardio and 1 min of abs. You do that 3 times along with a warm up and cool down. You can find it on you tube.

  • I've had people make comments to me in the past about what I was eating and trying to see what would fit in my goal for the day. I haven't this second time around yet. (Then again it IS only the third day!) I'm just waiting until my roommates seem me weighing and measuring food and ask me what I am to!
