Jumping on the bandwagon here, but seriously, thats a lot of fast food in your diet. I slip up and eat fast food sometimes too, it's hard when I'm on the run all day everyday, but you also have a really high calorie limit everyday. Are you sure you put your information in correctly? YIKES. That diet sounds horrible. If you're only worried about some love handles, do some exercises to target that area. I'm just baffled.

I downloaded a bunch of workout apps on my kindle. I am just beginning and quitting smoking, so I do about 5 minutes of abs, legs and butt. I walk my dog 2 miles 3x a week. And am doing the 30 day squat challenge. Www.fitnessblender.com is pretty great too

I've only been on my plan for 16 days, had a bunch of calories to consume yesterday, so hubby and I ordered a pizza. I had about 3 bites and handed it over to him. It actually made me feel nauseated.
