  • I'm amazed how rude people can be.... I just read The Virgin Diet because my Dr recommended going gluten free.   • I'll be 40 in July and really need to get a good start on this weight loss before then. I've lost 50+ pounds at least twice in my life, but always gain it back. This time I want it gone permanently!
