So, last night I sorted out my clothes to see what I could wear while running. Personally, I love oatmeal by itself, but I also add yogurt, milk, berries, grapes, peanut butter, maple syrup, nuts, bananas... really anything light and breakfasty can be tossed into oats and made hearty and good.
