I know how you feel girl! But my fiance is 175 and does manuel labor ( installs security systems) so he works out all day at work and for some reason has a fast metab cuz he eats all the junk and soda he wants and loses 2lbs...errrrr I diet and exercise and gaine 1lb....err lol

My fiance doesnt diet and he is such a bad eater, He loves his soda, pizza, chips, candy and beer (probably one of the reasons I gained so much weight being with him for 6 years lol). I dont tell him he has to eat healthy or diet with me, its my choice to lose weight and if he decides he wants to thats fine if not thats…

unlimited water it is encouraged to drink a lot of water and it says not to drink coffee on days 2 and 3 im not a coffee drinking but iv heard of people drinking coffee on days 2 and 3 and still getting results

I want to lose 40 by end of august so im down! thats my wedding. im planning to stick to a 1200 caldiet and do cardio + 30DS + weights. We shoul do a weigh in every week to keep on track

Having the self control to say no to alcohol, I love hanging out with my friends on the weekends and having lime a ritas or the newest straw ber ritas, I cant just have no and i crumble under peer presure. Its hard for me to just say no to going out or when everyone is at my house say no to drinking. UGHHHH i hate you fun…

Thanks for sharing. When i graduated high school i was 180 went to college for 4 years and one year living on my own i had gained almost 100 lbs i was at 274, I am close to getting to ONE-derland. I cant wait, I am hoping this month will be the month I see that 199.9 lol I am sure it is a great feeling. You look great!

Im on day 3 level one today and think on thursday om going to jump to level 2. So that will be 5 days level 1. I am doing her kettle bell workout too. I do the kettle bell video first then the 30 day shred. Im so excited to get to days 10 20 and 30. Those are my weight and measurment days. I am hoping for good numbers.
