Run and stick to healthy eating, im trying hard to stay away from processed food, havnt had fast food in a really long time. we are having a bbq saturday for easter for my fiance family then my family sunday, im not worried about the food as much as the drinks

Im trying to eat less cal than i burn exercissing so i get a negative # for the day. Drinking lots of water also helps with the not hungry feeling and keeping my goal in mind. That fiber bar i should eat is (throwing numbers out there) 200cal. I will have to run an extra mile to burn that off. Im not even hungry so why…

thanks i believe i will get a lot of those sharks hahah they suck!! I understand starvation mode but come on shouldnt your body eat all that fat i have then once the fat is gone go into starvation mode. Yeah im trying to think of healthy snacks. whats up with people losing 10+ lbs they are cheating. thats 36,000cal lost yaaa right! Normal weight lost is 2-3 in a week and i believe you could do 5-6 with super working out and eating minimal eating but 10+ come on now lol

im 5'11 large hips and thighs, my lowest was 175 and i still think i was a little big so maybe 160. I would like to get back to atleast 180 by my wedding.

I also have the same problem with my scale +3 then -2 then +5 its soo frustrating. I am also a scale freak, i know i shouldnt weigh everyday but i do. I really need to stop though because I get disappointed if I gain when I know I did really good the day before. I say weigh once a week and try to get 2 of the same numbers…

5'11 from us (california) i have lost a little over 60 have about another 50 to lose hopefully before my wedding in august. ihavnt been losing much since november but i can see my body changing. i am building muscle and sculpting mybody. its hard to keep going when the scale isnt moving. but keep going it will pay off.

on day 1. i have tried this diet 2 other times and lost 7lbs the first time and 5lbs the second. I really love this diet. All the negativity on this diet is soo annoying. who cares what other people say when you find something that works for you go for it!! I will let everyone know how much I lost on friday morning

Going to go on a long jog after work to try to burn some extra cals. Did good over the weekend but did bad yesterday oh well. I have to treat myslef once in awhile. Hopefully this run will work off that ice cream. Excited for weigh in tmw!!

im in getting married august 31st and honeymoon right after. love to lose about 50 lbs thats about 2lbs a week. totaly doable

Im just happy that im tall when it comes to weight cuz if I was 5'6 and at my weight now i would look A LOT bigger!!

SW: 222.0 want to lose 13lbs in 4 weeks 3.25lbs a week the hardest part will be the drinks on friday and saturday nights hopefully exchange them for exercise ( lol the plan)

the 140s 150s seem pretty low. im at 222 right now and look ok. I have big hips and thighs, i dont think that will ever change. Dont get me wrong i stll got a good 50 to lose but how much more after that im not sure. the smallest pant size i have ever been was a 14 those darn hips and thighs get me though.
