The best advice I can give you is to bring up your concerns at the next WW meeting. I left WW a while ago but when I used that program they had an online tool that converted the weight of fruits and veggies to points. There isn't any rule to the number of times a person should weigh themselves. I weigh once a week because I am not going to waste my time with daily fluctuations. However, if a person could stick to their plan better by weighing daily then they should do it as long as they understand the daily fluctuations.

This way you could tune her out until the issue is resolved. If your company allows it, you could listen to music on your computer at work, too.

MFP doesn't have that function. You will need a spreadsheet app like OpenOffice.org. It's like MS Office but is free.

Plan for your weekends ahead of time to make sure you have enough calories for the foods you would like to eat. Save or earn calories during the week to use on the weekends. It’s alright to balance your calories for the week.

This is the problem with many people who aren't losing weight. They eat more than they realize and can't understand the reason the scale or measuring tape moves in the wrong direction.

You don't have to bust your butt with up to 10 hours a week in exercise. Exercise is very important and will help you with weight loss but the key to losing weight is mainly in a calorie deficiency. MFP set you up with a certain amount of daily calories. This number already has a built-in calorie deficiency. If you stick…

I used the Arc Trainer at Planet Fitness, too.

I think it’s all in your mind because those who attend the gym are there for the same reasons, either to lose weight or some other form of fitness. I never felt embarrassed because I feel those people have better things to do than waste their time on me. Seriously, there are only so many directions a person could look…

No, I do not feel awkward or self-conscious when I exercise. Put your mind and thoughts on other things or listen to some music until the feeling passes.
