Habits take time to develop. Until you have a better structure, you are bound to navigate back to old habits. You have to push yourself towards your goals. The key is to never give up. Don't waste time or energy whining about a bad day or week. Put it behind you and keep moving.

Practicing self-control is the one thing you need to do. Food at work is no different than the food at my house. I keep my refrigerator and cabinets filled with all kind of foods and booze. At the end of the day, it's up to me to stick to my plan or screw it up. I will not screw it up.

You will have to Google for foods low in sodium and cook more to control the sodium. If you decide to eat prepackaged items then plan your week ahead of time to make sure you don't go over the sodium limit. I populate my food dairy a week ahead of time before I shop for groceries. This way I won't go over my limits.

For me it wasn’t a habit but habits. I would do well with my plan during the week and royally screw it up on the weekends. I would also eat out of stress and boredom.

The amounts are different for each person. If you are not happy with the amounts MFP set for you, change it by doing the following: Click on MY Home > Goals > Change Goals > Custom.

Weight loss is a result of calories reduction. As long as you are eating at a calorie deficiency/reduction, you will lose weight. However, if you can fit Naked Juice into your food budget then go for it.

There isn't any such thing as good or bad carbs. The key is the manner in which a nutrient works for you. If you goal is to lose weight then the answer will be in your calorie deficiency and not the carbs themselves.
