Carbonated water

I usually add some zero calorie flavouring to carbonated water (I use an old fashioned soda-stream) and I drink that instead of still water, almost all day, every day. I love the fizzyness.

Is it bad for your body in any way to drink carbonated water instead of normal water?

    Unless you have a medical reason not to drink it, drink up.

    There is some anecdotal evidence in athletes that carbonation affects endurance, but it shouldn't be an issue in the average person.
