naked juice, any thoughts about it. Is it good to drink for weightloss ? is the juice itself good for you ?

Pure juice is good for you, but there are a lot of calories in it.
I don't drink juice, except for an occasional V-8, because of the high calories. I eat fresh or frozen fruit. Personal choice of how you want to spend your calories.0 -
Nothing is good or bad for weight loss. Weight loss comes from eating fewer calories than you expend. Naked juice (and Bolthouse Farms, which I like way better) are pretty high in calories and are pretty much straight carbohydrates. Again, that's not a problem, as long as you are staying within your calorie limit and getting some fat and protein from other sources.0

Weight loss is a result of calories reduction. As long as you are eating at a calorie deficiency/reduction, you will lose weight. However, if you can fit Naked Juice into your food budget then go for it.0

Fruit juice is as high in sugar as a soda, you're better to eat whole fruits and get the fibre too.0
