People don't lose weight because of medical issues or too much food. Medical issues aside, it is not enough to "think" you are being faithful when you enter your calories. You have to be accurate as possible. Food scales are cheap tools that will remove the guessing game. Personally, I call BS to slow or hard weight loss…

It's about calories and not veggies. If you go over your calories maintenance level with veggies then you will gain weight. You have to reduce the amount of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight in order to lose weight.

It's completely up to you if your goal is to lose weight. Weight loss doesn't have anything to do with the time of the day you decide to eat unless you have health issues.

Get in a workout as often as you can and drink plenty of water to offset the increase in calories and the spike in sodium you will face when you eat out. Otherwise, it is a vacation which means relaxing and having fun. So relax, have fun, and deal with the weight issue when you get home.

You have to start with baby steps. There are a ton of free recipes online. Start by cooking a few days a week. Casseroles and crock pots meals are the easiest. Look for one-dish meals with simple ingredients. Your children are used to eating a certain way so it will take time to retrain them to eat those foods. Set-up a…

It is common for the body to hold onto water weight with new weight lifting exercises. As long as you are accurately tracking your calories, keep lifting weights and you will eventually see weight loss. It takes a couple of weeks for some people.

In order to manage it, you have to change your relationship with food. This has to start in your mind and then in your mouth. Our bodies react in the manner in which we have programmed them to work. There isn't any need to feel guilty or shameful because you can't change the past. Once in a while is not a problem. However, if find yourself doing it more often, my advice would be to re-evaluate the amount of food you eat on a regular/daily basis.

For the first time around, I measured each of the ingredients and use a small fry pan to fry my portions. I used 1 cup of oil and re-measured after frying. I built a recipe to use in the future. From that point on, I used the deep fryer.

Other peoples' decisions to go out to eat, cook brownies, and choice of words do not have any reflections on your choices and it isn't sabotage. Sure, it is nice to have support and who couldn't do without some of the unsupported comments? Nonetheless, at the end of the day, it is all about your choices. The best thing you…

There isn't anything wrong with eating take out. The key is to fit the calories into your calories budget. I celebrate a lot with my family and love my booze but do not allow it to prevent me from losing weight because I plan for those occasions well in advance.

It will not be the same each week for most people. Since you have loss weight prior to this week then…

It is happening because it takes time to develop new habits. The key is to stick with it and never give up. You can't change the past so forget about it and don't dwell on it because it doesn't do anything but mentally drain you of energy you could be using to focus on the future.
