Hello, I'm studying the thing no one believes is actually a thing - Zoology. Lost count of the amount of times I have to explain to people that it's the study of animals not a whole degree to learn how to work in a zoo. My first two years have been a mix of everything. Feel free to add me and hear my occasional moans about…

Nerds are my kind of people and I totally get the being busy with school. There have been so many times I've wanted to work out but couldn't because I had something due. That also led to me getting way too much takeout to save time. Disney is also awesome, feel free to add :)

What I do is find something to do that distracts me like gaming, walking or reading. I get into trouble if I'm just sitting watching TV or something that allows my hands to be free lol.

N.E.R.D Rock star (Jason Nevis remix) gets me every time. I like something a little sexy, makes me work out harder lol.

It's really refreshing to hear that people struggle as much as I do but have ways around it. Thanks for the inspiration, this site is helping me so much. Finally in control :)

This has already been covered, everyone is entitled to there opinion, word have been exchanged, people have explained themselves. Done yeah?

This person gets it!

Yes that's what I meant but can't change it now...or can I...Anyway yes curry! Although if I ever have a korma I have to plan ahead to do nothing for days.

***Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I may not like what you say but I stand by your right to say it :D Honestly it was my wording that started it so just keep swimming.

[/quote] This was the quote: (I messed up and broke the post :D I'm sorry your thread took a turn of events :(. I'm sorry! Milk products actually have the same affect on me, but I don't really like cheese. I do love ice cream and frozen yogurt. though. I find that the way a food is processed can sometimes make it easier to…

Ahh, I should have specified the cheese that is my trigger, it's coloured cheddar. I hate mature/sharp cheese. I've tried to lactose free cheese and milk we get in the UK but I always end up back at the supermarket drooling over the coloured mild chedders like a mad woman.

Thank you, cheese isn't evil it's lovely to people that can eat it but is my trigger food. That's the word I needed :)
-
***Evil was a wrong word to use but can't think of anything else so apologies to anyone misreading into what I'm trying to do here. So did any of you try to find a substitution or have you found it easier just to indulge every so often?
-
I agree about the moderation, if you completely rid yourself of the food you most crave the cravings will increase and you're more likely to binge. But cheese makes me ill hence it being my evil food. Maybe Evil was the wrong word to use but hopefully people take it as being light.

Go brave you baring your student diary for all to see, I'm a little ashamed of mine especially the horrid amount of bland noodles. Feel free to add me :) Good luck!
