Happy birthday! Last week I hardly made progress (half a pound in 2 weeks maybe). This week seems to have made up for it. I also passed the high school jeans test, so I can finally wear those to fests again! Sw: (2/8) 156 Lw: 132 Cw: 128.5 Its exciting to be this close to my goal, for the first time in 8 years ! I wish…

Oh man, this week was foiled by Memorial weekend so no weight loss for me. But I did get it back down to last week's weight. Here 's hoping the rest of the week will fix that!

Sw: 156 (2/8) Lw: 135.5 Cw: 133.5 This weekend was the celebration for the 90 day challenge! We did three rounds of pushups, lunges, squatting etc . My body was so sore the next day! We also had a healthy potluck and a drawing! I won a 2 week class of TRX, aaaand I won the weight loss sector of the 90 day challenge at the…

Yep; I gave up coffee a couple weeks ago. I went on vacation and didn't drink as much coffee, either none or one large cup in a day. When I went back to work the coffee seemed to strong, led me to an early crash, made me restless at night, and then I'd wake up with my heart pounding. Not worth it. The science behind why…

Hm Tuesdays are my weigh in day but I fluctuated a pound since Sunday. Sw: 156 (feb 8) LW: 137.5 Cw: 135.5 Glad we're all sticking through it, seeing results I haven't seen in seven years :)

I'm always on the look out for good restaurants with good vegetarian options (they have meat dices too of course ), and they are on the healthy side. Barbary Fig -mediterranean, Namaste Cafe - Nepalese, Supatra Thai, Caffe Latte (salad and soup bar), Lifetime Cafe . For fast food you can get the unwhich at Jimmy Johns, or…

Hey, I'm Zoe. I'm 24, lost 20 pounds so far, 10 to go! But I plan on sticking around for a while to maintain. Feel free to add :)

I've been trying a tbsp of coconut oil a day for the last couple days and already can tell the difference...I was expecting it to take a few weeks at least. Some benefits are listed here: http://authoritynutrition.com/top-10-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-coconut-oil/ Sounds almost too good to be true, I'm hoping it…

I'd be up for keeping this up past summer, this has been a great board to keep up with and it feels good to be in on a group goal! Hopefully by then I'll be at a good place to maintain. Sw (2/8): 156 Lw: 140 Cw:138 This is the lightest I've been in 6 years and I have MFP to thank for it! Here's to continued progress :)

My brother in law told me he didn't think I would be happy until I ate through a feeding tube and I told him that's not what this was about. I had gained 12 pounds at the office, that I wasn't going to take everything at face value and wanted to figure out for myself how to eat right

I am finally back to pre freshman 15 weight and had a couple people comment that I was anorexic for making smart choices like eating couscous and scrambled eggs. These same people made comments when I ate too much, there really is no way to please them. What keeps me going is that it's your body not theirs, your lifestyle…

Veggie as well!!

I will say the max hydroxycut did help me lose 10 lbs quickly by suppressing my appetite. However as soon as I stopped, the appetite came right back as did the quick fat burning properties. I eventually gained it back, and now thanks to MFP , in a little less than 3 months I can proudly say I worked my way back down to…

Doing abs 10-15 mins a day helps. I've actually gotten flat abs from just doing a lot of walking or jogging every day, more so than if I was just doing crunches.

Woops, purposely didn't weigh myself bc Easter was a setback. But lost it back and feeling good! Sw 2/8: 156 Lw: 142.5 Cw: 140 I'm super happy about it but got into serious arguments with my brother in law who criticized my new, dairy free lifestyle. Can't wait to go home and get centered :)

Same thing happened to me. I had to tell myself sugar and snacks are designed by chemists todo be addictive and it wasn't my fault I couldn't go. I finally decide I wanted my health to be my lifestyle and not to feed into and help fuel my addiction. I made a promise to myself not to have added sugar or processedod, with…

I have mostly the same breakfast every day, but preplan my lunch to esther be higher in fat, lower in sugar, or vice versa and try to allow at least 6-8 g. fat for the end of the day so that I can mostly eat whatever I wanted for dinner

Try a tablespoon of molasses in the morning. I've been struggling with acne for the last 1.5 years since I've moved to MN until I tried that. Reducing dairy, eating blueberries and avocado also helps. It's amazing how what you eat matters so much more thanx te sin products you use!

Agreed! Our work seems to always have something: donuts and bagels three times a week (and agency emails about it, people asking if you want any), and currently there are two permanent chocolate jars/bowls right across from me that I've been ignoring for the last two months (two month anniversary as of today). This was my…

Forgot to log this over the weekend Last week: 147.5 This week: 145 Yay! Glad that my Saturday night did not throw off my progress :)

Heck yes, vegetarian for 5 years! Day three trying to go dairy free lol. Losing weight now that I'm buying fresh food and doing my own cooking :) Ditched the Trader Joe frozen food, processed foods and processed sugar, having things like silken tofu and vanilla extract for dessert!

Almost forgot about this! CW: 145 (4/4) I've been losing weight but even though I'm trying to be health minded I still think about food all the time. The only difference I feel is that I'm no longer obsessed about sugar and don't get crazed with hunger any more. My hope is to eventually learn how to balance my foods…

Let's see: SW: 156 (2/8/14) CW: 147.5 (3/31/14) GW for end of April: 143 Motto: I want my life to be my lifestyle- that is, cused and centered around daily healthy lifestyle choices. Also: Donuts are NOT in my vocabulary (office mantra), and I would sooner eat my arm than take from the chocolate jar. And tea, always tea.…

My friend got me a small skirt from forever21, which didnt fit :( Sort of my wakeup call since even my fat jeans were getting tight. Glad to say my fat pants have loosened up so no problem with those :)

This is perfect :) I'm 5'4" and would love to drop 20 lbs by summer, although I haven't been that weight since high school so it will be a challenge. I think it's doable though since I've been losing about half a pound to a pound every week since February weight for my 90 day challenge. Let's do this!

I'm 5' 4", on about 1200 cal diet as well, and a vegetarian for5 years! Somehow it feels like I'm just starting to cook and learn new recipes, so I'm on the lookout for new ideas!
