I am 185 lbs and I would like to lose 30 lbs healthy. But before I workout i need a healthy eating plan. I know what I need to eat however, I need a support group to keep help keep my eye on the ball.

I have completed it 11 months ago. I lost 45lbs, however, I gained it all back because after I completed it I needed to try something else. I lost my motivation, the food and the videos became boring.
