well idk most dont consider that ive come a long way but i started at 155 when i decided i needed a change a few years ago and now after 2 kids im finally down to 109 and my goal weight is 105 but i still have toning to do. add me if youd like

my rest days mean i still do strength training and my two 3 mile walks i just dont run that day and i still hold my self accountable to everything i stick in my mouth. I find i feel i let myself off the hook if i dont keep up at least the majority and it makes me feel more confident that i didnt completely "rest" that day,…

i dont take says off anymore. sometimes i take sundays a little easier and i dont do my 50 mins of running but i still go on at least 1 45 min 4 mile walk or usually 2 of those walks because i feel guilty for not running. i have found when i dont do anythingi have less energy and motivation once i start up again

well mostly i get cravings, when i crave something ill exercise and usually i crave sweet so i make a smootie or something healthy but a tad of sweet like cerlery with a bit of pb but i always try to work out through the craving

my insurance considers it cosmetic too. So if i wanted it done id have to pay for it outta pocket... and the price tag on that puppy... im a sahm and my hub is the only paycheck thats brought it... maybe when im 90 lol

i work out 5-6 days a week but sometimes my weekends are hectic thats why i ask i work out at least 60 80 mins of cardio a day and 45 mins of strength training i just didnt wanna mess ne thing up if 2 days of rest were bad ty

i got a full sized sample for free and i love it had it for a month still and still havent ran out and it def givves a change to water its nice but i still love my plain water too
