It sounds like water weight gain due to hormonal activity. Stick to your diet and you will lose it. I don't have PCOS but I do gain about 2 pounds a few days before my period starts but by the last day its gone. Hope I could help.

I have had plenty of days like that. Try not to become so discouraged that you give up on your diet all together. Just get back on the horse, you can do this! You are only human. I have been kicking my own butt as well. My regimen is not as rigorous as yours, I workout 5 times a week and have drastically cut down my caloric intake also. I wish you the best of luck!
