1210 for me. but i mean if you go over by like 100 or so its not going to kill you. and thats just the bare minimum.. if you workout then you can eat more :D you can actually eat A LOT with only 1200 calories. like i ate through a whole day i never ate when i felt hungry and i still wasnt over my calories.. youre not…
