I lost 60lbs doing it the first time, so yes it does. But that's by killing yourself on each drill every time and adhering to a strict diet in tandem with it.

You can log anything as an exercise. Just specify the time you did it and how long and your Fitbit will adjust everything else.

I have the charge hr. I didn't go for a surge as I wanted to wear something unobtrusive when sleeping. Great piece of kit.

No coincidence that the clearest I was was when I dropped the weight. Last time I was on methotrexate. I put tge weight back on and came off methotrexate and am currently in the process of losing the weight again to see if it clears up due to weight loss.

Be sure to eat enough food. You'll burn through serious calories on it. It's perfectly fine to be in and around 2000 cals once you've built up enough fitness to get through the workouts. Also, be patient with yourself. I couldn't last 5 mins the first time I did one of the workouts. You'll build up with every one.

I just finished week four. It's a great workout, give it your all and it will work for you.

I burn between 350 and 600 cals depending on which session it is. I use a Fitbit charge hr now to keep a close eye on it.

I lasted 5 mins intò my first video and collapsed into a ball crying the first time out. But, the next session was 7 mins, then 12, then I was up doing 45 mins within a month. Do as much as you can until it breaks you, and then come back to break it.

I've done it twice but am back to it now and on week 3. If you do it and stick with it it'll work for sure.

I get it bad. You need to stretch the tendons out. YouTube has some good exercises to combat it. Also change your shoes and make sure they are tight.

I'm starting month two tomorrow, today is my rest day from the recovery week. I started it at 17.5 stone and am now under 14.5 in 5 weeks. You need to push the hell out of yourself and follow the diet recommendations tightly. Also make sure to have proper footwear as it'll wear down your feet if not, and a heart rate…
