Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I live in Croatia, so we have no such things here, I might be wrong but I highly doubt it... Thanks! I kinda did this for a while, but it was only 12-14 hours of not eating. Never tried making it any bigger! I might try this sometime. :) Let me just ask, did you exercise during the intermittent fast?

Going ot be slightly awkward here. An assumption - but since I "go" once every few days (unless I drink lots of teas that kickstart it), I thought it'd be safe to say it's slow? Any suggestions? Thanks for trying to help btw. I appreciate it :)

Thanks again for being so nice. :) And yeah, I actually started doing this recently! Snacking on fruits/veggies when I feel like snacking, instead of getting junk food. :) It's pretty great, actually! Sliced apples are so much better than normal :)

Don't you think losing 2 stone is a bit much? If you lost it, you'd be at the VERY BOTTOM of the normal, healthy weight range for your height... I think your realistic goal should be 1 stone, 1.5 stone at most.. :-) Take it slow, don't worry too much about it. 9 stone isn't even a lot anyway! Just eat healthy and give it…
