I walk 5Ks all the time. I think it's a great stress-reliever, and although all of my coworkers run, they always encourage me. Did I say it was easy? No, but as I said, it made me feel better about myself, and gave me the incentive to keep exercising. GO FOR IT!

I probably would've asked her to change it, knowing how hard it is for me to lose 7 lbs! LOL!

160. I got it in '09, and I was about 185. I'm 180 now, and it's up for renewal this year, 12-27. Something to shoot for?
