Go to a specialty running shoe store and get sized by them, find a pair of shoes you like .. and then buy them online! Amazon is good, I pay $80 online, while the same shoes are being sold for $150 at the running store.

Mizuno Wave Riders.. Those are the shoes I have. I have had three knee surgeries so I am very picky when it comes to shoes that I can use for running. Put these on and it's like you're walking on a cloud. I have ran in many races using these.. so hands down, they would be by choice.

Thanks for your input :) I'm not a beginner, but i see where you are coming from with saying I need to decrease the exercises. I created this by looking at other well known programs. Hmm. the rep count was something i was struggling with..maybe i will lower it to 12

I'm thinking 5x a week lifting. Cardio will be thrown in there too. I work a labour job outside for 12 hrs a day on top of this though, but i think 5x a week is doable.

hah, I sure hope I don't make a fool out of myself! I find that when I do sets to failure I notice more of a difference in my legs over the weeks. Anyways,, thanks for the input! Now that i look at my program again.. it does look quite long.. might have to trim it a bit.

Yes! I got a Fitbit Flex, Polar HRM, and a KItchen Aid Mixer.. which I consider fitness related since it will be used to prepare my meals! woo, thanks Santa :)

Thanks for the replies! I have decided to just stick with what I have been doing and keep my setting as "active" and to not log the hours of walking, makes more sense this way.

I've taken a few tablespoons of ACV to help with bloating.. and it has worked. But I can't say it will make you lose weight at all.

I also like to cut up a few hard boiled eggs and put them on my salad. Or just eat them plain.

I eat them with mustard. Just cut them in half, take out the yolk.. and fill with mustard and pepper. Some days I'll mix mustard with some mayo as a mix.. (if I have the extra calories available) and that's also delicious. But then again , I'm part scottish and it reminds me of scotch eggs..
