hey there D! I wouldn't worry too much. Usually for the first couple of weeks you'll notice a fair drop from losing water weight. I started out at 301 and I think within the first 3 weeks I lost 15 lbs.

yep, i hear ya! i try to be kind to myself, especially on the rough days but sometimes I ask myself why I had to have an extra *fill in the blank* ...take last night for instance. I was out with friends and I couldn't stop eating pizza bites even when I was starting to get full. They were so good. Tomorrow is a new day :)

When i was a kid my family would go to our cottage out in the country ....okay well more rural than the town i was living in anyway :P I had a "pet" squirrel...buddy. He was awesome and would steal apples & tobacco from my dad. I also had joint custody awhile back of a hedgehog.

i love the walking dead (and mostly everything zombie related) .....one of my reasons for wanting to be in better shape is the possibility of a zombie outbreak. Who's everyone's favorite/least favorite characters? Do you find that it changes despending on the season OR is different between the comic & show?

Between now and then, I reward myself by enjoying the little things that I've wanted to do ...for example, I'll take myself out for an afternoon to a museum…

i could probably eat 12 ....these days i'd probably stop after 6. my partner on the other hand.....could very easily eat 96 in 24 hours (probably more if it's a challenge) ...and has in the past. She's got this down.
