L2D5 done! I put on a pair of jeans that I wear sometimes but usually feel a little snug on me right out of the wash and they were getting noticeably looser!!! My boyfriend even noticed (without me asking/commenting) that they looked looser. Have a blast Kristen!

I put in 20 minutes of circut training. I think this is what a lot of people do.

Level 1 Day 9 done. Just finished Day 6 Level 1. I am a little behind as I missed yesterday and Wednesday's workouts :( But hopefully I am back on track! I also did the first half of Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism right after the 30DS. It was a good workout and I look forward to combining the two workouts!
