A couple of things: Better to go with 1200 -700 calories. Also, dont do the " eating back calories" philosophy. Vicious cycle that never ends. When you go to the gymn, do you do solid workouts like cardio or circuit training,bike,etc. Or are you the type who might bike for five minutes, rest, then do the same on the stair…

I know that in my EXPERIENCE, even an egg be too much.Amazes me that im covertly being called ignorant and openly attacked for my suggestions. Im appalled that she is being encouraged to eat junk food. Weight can be gained from clean eating.

As i told you privately,im in similar circumstances. Just suggesting things that could be a good thing for a start. From her post wording makes it seem like she is beginning. Hopefully she has a good nutritionist who makes the transitions easier.

Another thing you can use is mashed avocado. Very healthy fat,and a great substitute for mayo.

The best thing would be for you to see a dietician. Have you? Bingeing in recovery isnt normal as claimed. Youll feel better if you have professional help.

Just thinking of things less likely to be fearfoods. I have certain triggers myself.

Tilapia with salsa, grilled veggies. Can't believe people are asking yoy to eat sweets and high fat foods. Also try granola andfruit with almond milk. Kind bars and an apple make a fine snack. Ready Pac salads or wraps Message me if you need other ideas.

Oh and i have a disability which makes it hard to excercise. Going to buy Leslie Sansone walking DVD s. Will be better.

Getting 500 calories a day. Light excercise. Once a month i have 700. Calories.
