HI, I also went to the spur last night. I shared my crumbed mushrooms with my guest and had 2 coffees. If I had eaten, I would have chosen their wrap or the starter snails with butter and cheese no bread. As I'm on the LCHF diet, fat is good for me...the carbs not so much. Hope it helps. My winter menu consists of homemade pea, bean, lentil and butternut soup. Lots of bredies with meat and veg we are allowed. I have gone down a size after 7kg / 15lbs. I see my underwear is also too big now so will have to go get new ones. Tops are fine. Will probably have to go down a size in about 5kgs.
