Hi, It really depends on how hard you worked. You can burn between 250 and 746 calories. I usually log around 400 per 60 mins (which includes the last stretching bit). Don't get hung up on numbers, just enjoy the results! :) Hope this helps.

Salad, roast veg (sweet potatoes, onion, parsnip, carrots, beetroot) or even roast veg quinoa/cous cous salad. Enjoy!
