Same here. I've been doing the elliptical and MFP for about a year. I've dropped 35 pounds. I started running once a week and now that it's nice outside I'll often go for walks in the morning, instead of an elliptical. But I like the machine because I can watch a show on my ipad. I also do yoga.

Equal parts maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. 2:1 Rice vinegar, oil with a squirt of mustard and a dollop of honey. Both of these recipes you can make in a mason jar or old spice jar, whatever amount you like. They keep on the counter for a few days.

I'm only down 10 but I think the fact that I'm aware of what I'm eating and have significantly cut back on wasteful carbs and junk, I feel like I have a ton of energy. It's awesome!
