Is it at all possible that it was an accident? Have you seen that brand in the freezer that wasn't yours? I always remember whats mine if I brought it that day, but if I bring a snack/lunch and end up not eating it til a day or two later, it can all get foggy...

Is this the way her personality is generally or just about this one topic? My mom, and to a lesser extent my grams, were a little mean matter of fact when I was at my high weight. "Oh. You sure are putting on some weight"..... Mom got mean when I LOST the weight. I don't think she knows anyone at "ideal" weight, which I…

I leave my laptop, wallet, phone, headphones, etc all at my desk at work and my lunch either at my desk or in the fridge/freezer. Never had any of it disappear. Listening to "drama" is what irks me. There's not a lot of that at my work or in my industry, but there's a woman over the cubical wall that always has something…

Stats: height weight age? How big of a deficit are you normally on? Do you exercise? Do you eat the calories back? What sort of feelings do you have before you binge? Stress, anger, sadness, despair, frustration?

Just do it. Last night I got home after running errands and had 10 minutes to get dressed and go to my 8:15 martial arts class. No dinner, dog tired.... ate half a banana and went. Killed it, felt great, and slept like a dream. Treat your workouts like ... work. It's just as important. You want to make it happen, so do it.…

I was judgy the other day of someone who had a spotter for their bicep curls...srry not srry... Also, 90% of people don't unrack their weights at my gym and it drives me bonkers. No one works there either to babysit. So YAY, 4 barbells and 3 racks/cages that are way underutilized, but..... sad face, have to pull off a…

Ok. I think I'm going to go ahead and reset my "current weight", acknowledging to myself that at least a couple pounds are just water, and then look at progress starting again now that I'm back in a steady state. I wish I had taken measurements to see my progress over the last month, but no use crying over spilled milk.…

I lost a pant size every 10lbs.... that was the most obvious. 30lbs DEFINITELY made a huge difference, enough that I got lots of kudos/congrats. SW 172 size 12 (...barely. probably a 14 in reality), maintenance weight: 140-142 size 6. I'm still a size 6 but 150 and things are tight so headed back down. ETA: I'm 5'9 and you…

I thought I'd hate it, but I actually kind of like running in the rain. I do wear a hat because I don't like it in my eyes. If it's raining AND windy or very cold then treadmill.

I like how your pic also looks like your saying "boom, business casual", but the dress threw me off lol. For all of those "dresses in the office" ladies... what do you wear as shoes? Flats always seem to be uncomfortable and/or make my heels bleed. And where TF do you put your phone/wallet? Leave it at your desk during the…

Maybe try different shops... I have NEVER found something at forever 21 that fits me. Talk about tiny arms!!! Most of the time I wear short sleeves and then have a scarf/shawl, light jacket, or open sweater/cardigan thingy. My shoulders are too broad and my biceps are too big for fitted tops especially compared to my small…

Just think about it.... you could either recalibrate and eat your brownies and ice cream within your goal and be a happy camper...or you could stick to you your unrealistic goal, eat the chips/dessert/whatever anyway, but feel like crap about it. The choice seems obvious.

For whats real, weightlifting can help, and time will help as your skin tightens up. (it could be a bit loose depending on how fast you lost). For whats in your head, check these out: http://www.health.com/beauty/anna-victoria-shows-even-fitness-models-have-stomach-rolls…

It is also assuming that the rest of your day will be similarly active. If you sat down right now and didn't get any more steps, it would readjust lower. Other than that, can't tell you wo your weight.

Every couple weeks I purposely have a day that I don't leave my house or do ANYTHING if I can help it. Naps, cuddles, couch, books/video games/tv...just a mental health day. I certainly make sure I have at least 2 rest days that involve nothing but normal activity and walking per week. Not eating enough (including eating…

Personally I would only walk out of these (I do martial arts, powerlifting, and running but I started my weightloss with just walking), but if you like all of them then I'd say a mix of all of them, 1-2 a day.

I'm in luck... My work has a fabulous and stupidly underutilized gym. 4 barbells and 3 racks/cages and I don't remember ever having to share.... I also live less than a mile from work and my martial arts studio is half way in between. My last gym was 3 miles away, but on the way to work. You have to realistically think…

I don't remember the book I got it out of but I tried this. It was all machine work, long and slow, with progression....Meh. Anything with progression will get you somewhere, but I am not a fan of machine work. I switched to stronglifts and it was way better, simpler, and has a lot more research behind it. Free too.

So how'd it go?

I do Krav Maga... I don't need a dog ;)

HA! Agreed. I live by a "honesty always" principal. I'll tell em if I like em, don't wanna see them again, would really like to get some >:), or whatever else...

nah...just chitchat. I specifically asked for jokes and memes lol...

I can't imagine the time and dedication needed for some of these transformations. fabulous :flowerforyou:! Do you think its harder to maintain after a HUGE loss (say 100lbs) rather than a smaller loss (say 25lbs) or vice versa? On one hand, you've done it to yourself once and can do it again by going back to a lifestyle…

I just look at weekly average. I try to "bank" 800-1000 extra calories for Friday or Saturday. So I have 1-2 maintenance or even well beyond days a week. Makes it easy to fit in the higher calorie items that I want.
-
Obviously there was a reduction in "supplements" lol, but still crazy how quickly you can lose what takes years to gain.
-
I guess not... Soooo many "bad date" and "what not to do/say" posts but no advice, lol. And no... not interested in FRs based solely on this post. I dunno why this seems creepier than Tinder but it does.

Just their vanilla or are their other flavors good too? Unflavored would be weird because I couldn't mix it with water. It would taste just weird enough no matter what they say.
-
Martial arts 3x/week, StrongLifts 2x/week, run 1x/week.... That count? Still working on getting the fueling right for all of this though.
-
If you love it, its the best kind of exercise :flowerforyou: I'd be careful not to overestimate how much you burn though. Do you eat your exercise calories back?

SOOOO much this. Procrastination is a great tool. Later is always easier than NO. Sometimes I procrastinate... Sometimes I make/get a healthier version (must be at least 90% as good or don't bother)... Sometimes I will wait until I find the perfect thing. I had a fried chicken craving that took nearly 5 weeks to take care…
