But how do I know when I start looking bad? I have a physical job so I burn a lot of calories anyway. Also, I'm kind of sick of being busty.

Love Iced coffees. High calorie and wash the dust out of my throat. Gotten lazy about fruits and vegetables. Eating 500 calories in carrots or apples seems such a waste when you have no energy, and they have no calories. At the end of the day, muffins and takeout are so delicious and high-calorie.

Very Active for me is supposed to be 2600 calories. This absolutely too little.

No, nothing. I know I usually get constipated in the summer. Maybe it is fat. I can't stand eating any sort of fatty food in summer when I'm working outside. It will literally make my stomach turn to look at french fries.

The salad I eat at lunch is huge. I really can't stand eating any more vegetables. Seriously, I took fiber supplements and it got worse! Could I just drink olive oil on a spoon like medicine, would that work? I rather despise avocado

Running moves things a little bit, but not very much

I used to have this weird habit of never finishing dinner. My eating was always all over the place. I live alone. I never eat meals, per se. I naturally have a big lunch and a little dinner (which isn't great for being sociable). I don't even have a table. I usually eat at my desk or reading my Kindle, in bed. I also have…

How do I now switch from this super healthy diet to a regular one?
-
I gained 8 lbs drinking on my old diet. I maintained 135 for ages not drinking

Guacamole just happened to be there. I wouldn't eat plain avocado just by itself. It's like eating plain yogourt or unsalted crackers.
-
LOL Because whatever I ate that wasn't takeout was booze, coffee or candy (and sometimes cookies). Not much fat there. I'm very much a carb person. If I didn't have to eat protein and fat, I probably wouldn't and usually didn't. I honestly have no idea why I was never bigger than a size 6. It was just easy to eat that way…

Anything besides avocado? I have always thought they were kinda gross ):

How do I get extra fat into my diet without cooking or processed food/takeout? I quite literally never eat hot food. Nuts?
-
Everything really fatty in my diet was takeout. Timmies Breakfast sandwiches, Indian Takeout, the All Day breakfast (which took me literally all day to eat with guacamole, sour cream, feta, fried eggs, tomatoes, greens, bread, butter etc.), muffins, Tuna sandwiches from the lunch counters, Ice Caps. The diet was also to…

I drink 1 large coffee in the morning, 1 large coffee at lunch, large herbal tea when I get home, large herbal tea before I go to bed, 500 ml of water in the morning, and 1000 ml of water in the afternoon. Large is in the 300 ml mug

Don't know. the only fatty things I eat are milk (1%), cheese, peanut butter, and whatever deli meats. I also eat tuna from a can for protein since I don't cook. I have hamburger once a week with my grandpa since he cooks for me. My mother is from the Middle East, so we never had a lot of fat in our diet. I can't even eat…

I traversed Iceland and never had bowel problems, ate tons of fiber and butter on EVERYTHING, but I was also eating 3500 calories a day and walking with a 40 lb pack 9 hours a day. I'm pretty sure I don't have IBS if that bread and granola intensive diet didn't do me in. In ordinary life, I don't usually put butter on…

I already drink 2 cups a day and have pretty much every day since I was 13. Coffee no longer has much of an effect. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I take taken laxative twice (once every two weeks) and fibre gummies occasionally

I didn't exercise hard. I forgot to stretch, was jogging for 15 minutes and pulled the muscles in my legs
-
Forgot to stretch the muscles in my calf before going on first run of the year. Strained both of them on Saturday. Went for 10 mile walk Sunday. Rested Monday. 8 miles walk Tuesday. Rested Wednesday. Now they're worse than ever. 10-12 mile walks are standard for me
-
Been drinking tons of water and I don't seem to be getting any better....): It's getting very uncomfortable
-
I love exercise, just not at the gym and it's harder to find things to lift when I don't have to throw an 80 lb lawnmower onto the back of a pickup truck anymore
-
Toughest shoes ever. They lasted a whole year. I destroyed a pair of hiking boots in 3 weeks once (walking on lava, though)
-
Yeah, but I don't wear pants, especially in the city and I don't own sneakers (called running shoes in Canada).
-
I tried regular Mary Jane shoes and wore through the soles in a month. I do a lot a walking anyway. These are my shoes: http://www.merrell.com/CA/en-CA/Product.mvc.aspx/34386W/85366/Womens/WISH-GLOVE?dimensions=0

I originally put myself in as doing "light" activity since I have a desk job. I used to have a manual labour job (landscaping) and was eating probably over 3000 calories a day. I consider myself more or less sedentary now. 8-9 miles a day doesn't seem like a lot to me since I tried the gym when I was younger and hated it!

I've been dieting for 2.5 weeks and have lost 5 lbs
-
1500 calories seems a lot for a diet. Maintenance is like 2000 calories a day and I've always been an active person -- heavy or slim.
