Except for people with thyroid issues etc, can people why eat the same amount and exercise the same amount be vastly different sizes?

I eat breakfast if I'm hiking or doing manual labour, but if I'm that active I can totally afford the calories
-
Wake up 5:45 Coffee at 6AM Breakfast is usually: 600 cals at 9 AM Lunch: 800 cals at 1:30 Dinner: 600 cals at 6PM (2 hour walk between 5 and 7) Snack: 300 cals at 9 I'm pretty active so 2300 cals is maintenance. 5'6 130 lbs

But eating the early breakfast means I just eat more throughout the day since I'm essentially adding an extra meal. I'm not really even hungry when I wake up.
-
Bingeing usually happens when you've finished dinner and you're still hungry. Saving your calories for the end of the day doesn't work because you've been hungry all day and when your evening "payoff" doesn't pay off, you get frustrated and binge
-
I used to binge eat a lot in university and was similar dimensions to you (5'6 and 135 lbs). I did a lot of binge/fasting which ruined my energy. Most people tend to binge in the evenings. Solution is to make sure to eat enough at set times early in the day and eat until you are full. Firstly, start eating breakfast and…

But Mila Kunis admitted that she ending up mad bingeing the minute she finished filming Black Swan

Julianne mentioned that she is unnaturally thin. I know many people can be naturally slim and some can look good an be healthy at higher weights. Also, most actesses and models are not superrich. Also, I don't know how having personal trainers and chefs and such could ward off hunger at 1000 calories a day. The body rebels…

Not too keen on the idea of carrying around a cooler for 5 hours after work especially in winter when it's 20 below. I tend to carry my life in a small messenger bag.

No, we don't have a fridge at work

Mostly it means homeless guys and gross, middle aged bikers outside the Tim Hortons stop making comments

My hair is a smidgen longer than that and it's waaaay too long for me. Also I have very short bangs right now.
-
My dad has a physical job. His resting heart rate is still below 60
-
Totally agree with the ponytail thing. My hair is to my shoulder and I always put it in a ponytail. That's the reason I cut it short in the first place. I can't stand having hair in my face. Shorter hair also looks better with hats

Thanks. But nobody else? Does everyone just go the gym?
-
Yes, trying to get down to 125

Not so much knawing hunger but sluggishness. I eat a can or 2 of salmon or tuna for breakfast and usually a chicken sandwich for mid-morning snack. If I eat a bigger meal or have a cheat day, I warm up. I usually get hungry-hungry after I eat. I'm losing weight to get rid of my boobs and curves and be more disciplined…

Is there anyone else losing weight at well over 2000 calories? I don't think I've eaten less than 2000 calories a day on a regular basis since I was 14 and I've never been over 143 lbs though I do have an enormous capacity for eating. Once I was losing weight eating 2800 calories per day.
-
I've been through periods when I've done intense physical activity and lost my period (eg. hiked 300 miles across Iceland in a month, worked 80 hours a week at a manual labour job). I also did lose my period when I starved myself down to 120 when I was 16, but I'm eating 2000+ calories a day right now.

Is there any way of getting a cushion that ties onto something. The mower has no suspension and moves at 10 mph over very uneven field. Sometimes it bounces so hard I literally can fly out of a seat
-
The issue is the mower bounces and sitting far up on the seat deactivates the seat safety switch
-
I throw a 80 lb pushmower onto the back of a pickup truck 8 times a day (and take it off). Seems like overkill doing deadlifts and squats too. My arms, legs, and tummy are toned without any structured exercise whatsoever. My dad's been doing this job his whole life. He's 60 years old and still pretty ripped. He's never…
-
Lol. Other girls ask me how my arms got so ripped. They kind of get disappointed when I say it's from 6 hours of line trimming a day
-
I pretty much look like this girl with slightly smaller boobs and slightly smaller thighs. Same tummy, same hipbones
-
I'm like the second pic. Size 4 saddlebags... ): Also hip dip. The thinner I get, the more my hipbones stick out
-
I work 12 hours a day pushing a mower and swinging around a line trimmer. I have 20% BF. No time or energy for weight training
-
I don't actually work out at all. I go on two 3 hour walks a week if I can, but the rest is just work. Cutting down on my activity level is not possible
-
I have an outdoor job which burns a ton of calories. Lots of lifting, and aerobic stuff (pushing an 80 lb mower around 3 hours a day is better than the gym). I never go to the gym. Too tired. Work 12 hours a day. My body fat is about 21% according to my fancy scale. It used to be around 23%

Raspberries constipate me more than anything!!

The thing is I have no idea "when I've gotten too skinny". There's doesn't seem to be a cap on "acceptable skinny" or else the cap is somewhere in the underweight range. It looks good in the movies but is impossible and unhealthy in real life. I don't want to be in a position where I have to give up all goodies forevermore…
